Hello, Ross Kelly speaking.. Please could you let me know if the Gillian Fisher mentioned as a soloist here is Alan Fisher’s sister. They lived in Beaufort Rd Billericay when I was a boy in the early sixties and I am trying to locate them.

not quite… it was a concert in a church in Den Haag sponsored and attended by the Polish Embassy… but the rest (unfortunately) is correct.

It was a real pleasure to interview Geoff about the BCS. The recording was a bit scratchy at the beginning – my apologies but technically I know that Gateway would have tried to remedy this but it is not always possible. I will flag up events and I’m sure so will other Gateway broadcasters. I hope to get along to hear you chaps soon.
